How does it work?

  1. Organise a Bake A Wish at your school, collect donations and make a difference. It really is that simple!

  2. Whether you hold a bake sale, morning tea or even a lunch put on by the catering/home economics class, your school’s fundraising will help a child experience a world outside of their hospital room.

  3. We’re here to support you and your school every step of the way. We’ll provide you with all the tools to get started in our fundraising toolkit.

Why should my school get involved?

Because kids helping kids is a powerful thing.

By holding a Bake A Wish, your school is empowering students to make a vital difference to the lives of really sick kids. Kids who often miss out on a lot of school due to hospital visits and the limitations of their illness.

Your impact

Your fundraising makes wishes come true for seriously ill kids like Scarlett.

Scarlett was diagnosed with a rare heart defect at just 21 weeks. Her wish to see a unicorn fly proved that wishes really do come true.

When we’re having a day at home where there’s sadness or Scarlett’s not feeling well, the conversation of a unicorn comes up. It just fixes everything, and I think it will be like that for a very long time.
