Chocolate strawberry brownies

Prep Time: 10 mins

Cook Time: 40 mins

Serves: 12

Ingredients

  • 1 pack White Wings Chocolate Chunk Brownies 

  • 100g (5 Tbsp) margarine spread or butter, melted

  • 2 (59g each) Eggs

  • 20ml (1 Tbsp) water

  • As much chocolate as required

Method

  1. Prepare and bake a packet of Chocolate Chunk Brownie Mix

  2.  Melt the chocolate well

  3. Slice 1 Hand full of Strawberries and layer on top of brownie

  4. Pour melted choc on top, store in fridge to set

  5. Slice the brownies with a warm knife, and serve
